Wendy Wagner is the Broker/Owner of EXIT Global Realty and the heart behind The Rooted REALTOR®—a brand built around the belief that real estate is about far more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, community, and helping others feel rooted wherever life takes them.

Based in Central Florida, Wendy brings decades of real-world experience to every client relationship. She has been a real estate investor for 37 years, giving her a perspective that goes well beyond the traditional buying and selling process. She understands real estate as a home, an investment, a financial decision, and often an important part of someone’s long-term plans.

Whether she is helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family property, relocate to Florida, invest in real estate, or navigate an international move, Wendy believes every client deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and someone who genuinely cares about the outcome—not just the transaction.

As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Wendy has a strong passion for international real estate and connecting people across borders. She works to help international buyers and sellers better understand the Florida real estate market while also building relationships with trusted real estate professionals around the world. For Wendy, international real estate is another extension of what she loves most about this business: connecting people, building relationships, and helping them get where they want to go.

As Broker/Owner of EXIT Global Realty, Wendy is equally passionate about helping real estate professionals grow. She believes agents deserve an available broker, honest answers, education, support, and room to develop both personally and professionally. She takes her responsibility as a broker seriously while working to create an environment where agents feel supported, valued, and encouraged to build businesses that fit their goals and their lives.

Outside of real estate, Wendy is a proud mom of two grown sons and dog mom to Yeti. She loves traveling, gardening, spending time in her historic Sanford community, and meeting people wherever her travels take her. Her garden has also become an important part of The Rooted REALTOR® brand and a reflection of how she approaches both business and life: growth takes patience, consistency, strong roots, and sometimes a little grace when things don’t go exactly as planned.
